Easter Sunday is just four days away! If you and your family celebrate, check out these great activities near Groton:

City of Groton’s Annual Eggstravaganza

The Groton Parks & Recreation is hosting an exciting Easter egg hunt for families this Saturday, April 8th! Come see what the excitement is all about. The front lawn of the City Municipal Building will be partitioned off according to age groups! The Easter Bunny will drop by to watch all the families hunt for eggs. Families can enjoy a farmers market set up inside the building, as well!


Easter Bunny at Beacon Point Homes

Do you live in Navy housing? Beacon Point Homes is hosting a meet and great with the Easter bunny on Friday, April 7th! Bring your camera and head down to the community office for some fun. Residents who have not had the chance to meet the bunny here your chance. Don’t wait Easter goodies are first come first serve!


Easter Egg Hunt at Olde Mistick Village

Head over to Olde Mistic Village this Saturday for an Easter Egg Hunt starting at 12pm! This egg hunt event includes face painting from 11am- 2:30pm at the duck pond. Pets can participate in an Easter bonnet contest. Don’t forget to register! Best costume will be announced around 2pm followed by a fun parade. The village shops and dinning will be open for everyone to enjoy.


Easter Egg Extravaganza

Head over to New London this Saturday for an Easter Egg Extravaganza! The full day of family fun includes a free Easter Egg Hunt for all ages, shopping with local vendors, activities, games and dancing. The event will take place at Toby May Park from 1-6pm.
