Let’s face it – there’s no life like the submarine life. And at The Submerged Life, we want to celebrate what makes this life so unique. As newly-christened spouses, it didn’t take us long to realize the resources we needed weren’t as readily available… and so it all began!
From “What Do I Wear to Sub Ball?” to “What’s an FRG?” we want to tackle all the things. Written by spouses for spouses, we want to be your guide to living and loving the submarine life. Together we share helpful resources, the do’s and don’ts, informative guides to duty stations and all the positive vibes. Of course there’s some things we can’t talk about, but we’ll do our best to talk about the rest! Whether you’re a seasoned spouse or a curious family member, welcome! Thank you for visiting us.
We encourage you to check out our drop down categories and topics as they evolve over time. Don’t see a topic you’re interested in? Drop us a line and let us know. We’re still fresh out the gate so give us time!
Comment Policy: Our blog is all about community, so of course we encourage comments and open dialogue. If anything is deemed offensive, obscene or hateful, we will have to remove it. Same goes for any comments that could violate security. Thanks!
