7 Halloween Events Near Kings Bay

It’s the most wonderful time of the year… Halloween time! The weather in Kings Bay has finally cooled down and there are fall festivities galore to enjoy with family and friends.

Here’s your Halloween round-up:

Friday, Oct. 13th – The Box Office (on base) “Friday the 13th”

  • Free entry for all
  • Concessions will be available for purchase
  • Doors open at 5:30 pm and the show starts at 6:00 pm

Saturday, Oct. 14th MWR’s Trunk or Treat 

  • Over 60 trunks will be there!
  • Farmer Bob’s Village
  • Food Truck Row
  • Hay Maze
  • Bounce House
  • Pumpkin Patch
  • Parking is first come, first served.  There are also

Wednesday, Oct. 25th – Harvest Party at Mocama Brewing Company

  • $10/ticket (purchase ahead online)
  • Pumpkin Painting
  • Face Painting
  • Fortune Teller
  • Trick-or-treating stations
  • Pumpkin patch w/ photo op
  • Warm apple cider

Thursday, Oct. 26th – Boo Kings Bay

  • Open only to Active Duty Military Families
  • Candy will be delivered to families living in Kings Bay base housing
  • If you do not live in base housing, you can pick up your candy from the CRAB later

Friday, Oct. 27- Saturday, Oct. 28  – Finnegan’s Bowling Bowl-O-Ween Bash

  • $10/person including shoe rental
  • All-U-Can-Bowl from 9-11 pm
  • Karaoke & Drink Specials

Sunday, Oct. 29 – The Box Office (on base) Disney’s “Haunted Mansion”

  • Free entry for all
  • Concessions will be available for purchase
  • Small candy bags for children in costume
  • 3 PM showing

Fridays and Saturdays, Beginning Oct. 13 – Terror on the Timber Farm

  • Hosted at Ameila Shotgun Sports in Yulee, FL
  • Every Friday and Saturday, October 13,14, 20, 21, 27 & 28
  • Two apocolypse training experiences, four chilling haunted trails
  • General Admission $27.95
  • Not for the faint-hearted
