Fright Nights at Boone Hall Plantation (Mount Pleasant)

This one is for the horror fans: back for its annual event is Boone Hall Fright Nights! With three new terrifying showcases full of freaks, oddities, and the insane, this is sure to be one spooky event. This is the only event of its kind with brand new themes and attractions. Tickets can be purchased online and they are offering a variety of bundles and discounts. Attendance discretion is advised and the exhibits are not recommended for children under 12.
Ghost City Tours (Charleston)

Whether wandering through the historic streets of downtown Charleston or taking a visit to the Old City Jail, there is no denying that Charleston is haunted. What a better way to delight in the stories and hauntings of the Holy City with Ghost City Tours. They offer both family and adult only walking tours. Walk the streets and discover Charleston Wartime tales or visit the places where some of the more gruesome things have happened in Charleston’s unique history.
West Farm Corn Maze (Moncks Corner)

This one is for the kids! Delight in the West Farm Corn Maze. If you love fall, this one’s for you. Aside from their 18th Anniversary Corn Maze, there will be a pumpkin patch, hay rides, apple slingshot, and picnic area for the entire family. West Farm is open October 5th– October 30th and admission varies on the day of the week. Pack up the kids and head to Moncks Corner for this essential fall activity!
Southern Screams at Holy City Brewing (North Charleston)

Come out for Charleston’s premiere haunted house attraction – Southern Screams at Holy City Brewing! Open for 24 nights this October, enter if you dare. The staff at Ashley Acres Asylum are excited to meet you, but are you crazy enough to stay? Tickets are on sale now.
Halloween In the Swamp (Moncks Corner)

Come join the restless spirits at Halloween In The Swamp, featuring a haunted boat ride and haunted walking trail! This event includes a number of special offerings for adults and children of all ages, including music, campfire, marshmallow roasts, jump castle and a lighted pumpkin trail. The more daring Halloween enthusiast may choose to embark on The Haunted Swamp Experience, featuring a haunted boat ride through the swamp which drops participants off on a haunted walking trail through the woods.
